Nice work on the eyes, and it's good that you're taking shadow/lighting into consideration.

I would say you could push the lighting a touch more though. You've got your "darkest darks", and your mid-tones, so maybe try adding your "lightest lights" in here and there. You'll be pleasantly surprised how it'll make things pop without actually having to add too much.

I think the green background is definitely an improvement over the original blankish background in your original drawing. But I would lower the torso so that instead of looking like Arthur's lower body has been sawed off, it'll appear as though it simply isn't in the frame. Not drawing the rest of the body is obviously fine if you're sketching or doing a quick doodle. But if you're going to take the time touch things up in Photoshop you might as well shoot for a well rounded composition.

I like Arthur's expression. I can imagine Buster having just told a joke in front of some people and going "tell that one you told me, Arthur!"
And Arthur is like "Uhh, wait what?"
