~~~~~JOURNAL~~~~~

Well yesterday I went running. I usually just work out in my room when I can. Ya know like push up and whatnot. But I really want to get healthy. I have a small case of asthma and bad knees. But I wanted to go running anyways. I know it would help.

I probably went about 3 to 4 miles total. I jogged and walked. That way I wouldn't die. But I do admit, my lungs were in pain. I might look in shape body wise, but I didn't really realize how much I wasn't till I ran.

Now today I am VERY sore. My left leg and right foot HURT. HAHAHA. But it was nice running. I was really enjoying the day. So I will keep doing it.

I am hoping to clear my asthma and just make my body healthier.
